Ms. Rousso graduated from George Washington University with a degree in sociology, received her JD from New York Law School, and is a certified Parent Coordinator and mediator.

Faith Getz Rousso is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association's Board of Directors, WE CARE FUND Advisory Board and serves on the Executive Board of the Nassau County Woman's Bar Association Faith is also a member of  the : National Council For Adoption, New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association. She served for four years as the Chairperson of the Adoption Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, and has been an active member of the Woman's Bar Association  of the State of New York, Committee on Health and Reproductive Rights.  What she is most proud of is donating each year to Nassau County Department of Social Services to provide for children in foster care. Each year, Ms. Rousso organizes a fundraiser to provide opportunities to children in foster care right in her backyard (Nassau County, New York). Over the past few years, due to the generosity of friends and family, over a two hundred children attended basketball games at Madison Square Garden, and received gift cards for the holidays.
