Adoption Support Assistant
Mia brings both personal experience and hands-on support to her role as the office’s Adoption Support Assistant. ​​Before joining the team, she was once a client herself. As an adoptive mom of three, she understands firsthand the excitement, overwhelm, waiting, questions, and many moving pieces that can come with the adoption journey.
​Mia helps support families through many of the practical and day-to-day parts of the process, including client communication, resources, organization, troubleshooting, and navigating the digital tools often used along the way. She is known for helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and a little less overwhelmed when things feel unfamiliar or technical.

Having once been in their shoes herself, Mia understands that adoption is more than paperwork and checklists. She supports families through many of the practical and behind-the-scenes parts of the journey, helping simplify technology, resources, communication, and the day-to-day details that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Her goal is to help families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout the journey.
